GPS Receiver — Software Part Number 6010-0081-000
Version | Date | Changes |
1.31 | 12/2023 |
Increased some data rejection thresholds due to excessive triggering from the increasingly active ionosphere as the peak of the solar cycle approaches.Ìý Some customers who monitor very closely see the receiver drop back to the Acquire state for about three minutes.Ìý These events do not cause disruption to the time and frequency outputs and are therefore considered "nuisance" alarms.Ìý The latitude at which the receiver is operating influences the likelihood of seeing these events, with equatorial regions being most active. RECOMMENDATION: Upgrade if you are experiencing these "nuisance" alarms. |
1.30 | 10/2019 |
Improved hardening against, and logging of, anomalous GPS system events. RECOMMENDATION: Please upgrade. |
1.20 | 6/2017 |
Improved GPS signal interference rejection. RECOMMENDATION: Please upgrade. |
1.11 | 12/2016 | Initial release for Sonoma Time Servers with new GPS receiver. These units began shipping in June 2017. |
